Sweet clarity.

'Brain fog' begone.

I'm really truly not sure I would have noticed had I not seen it documented elsewhere (which could mean we're all imagining it, but I don't think so)… clarity.

Oh, sure, for a long time before that I'd noticed long stretches of time where I just seemed to be in a 'brain fog' and where I wasn't much motivated to do anything, even something interesting. Just thought that was another one of those niggling evidences of aging, that's all. Annoyed, and resigned to it.

But somewhere in the initial 7-Day Detox, I realized that a whole lot of things about my life made much more sense to me. It was just kind of like I shed a lot of mental baggage along with those toxins encased in fat!

Of course, this would definitely be a point where 'your mileage may vary.'

What I discovered was a newfound clarity about all sorts of things relating to my self, my kids, my relationships, my work, my future. It's really hard to describe, but I think you'll know it when you encounter it.

Who was it who did that song anyway? 'I can see clearly now the rain is gone… ' That'll stick with me for a bit.
