Here you'll find the meat and potatoes bare essentials of starting with a green smoothie…
Entries in real time that explore what I'm discovering about my new favorite bevvie.

Join your own dots.

It's all here (probably). Hardly an expert—except in what makes my own body purr (and that's sure taken a while to work out). What's here makes no claims other than WYSIWYG.

I'm a regular person—fifty-something mother of three grown kids—who just flat decided one day not to take the niggling aches and nagging infirmities (of which I was having more and more) as 'getting old'…

In starting to find out what makes me feel better, I uncovered some amazing and little-known facts about the human body.

Did you know…

  • That the animal most like us in how it's built—the chimpanzee—almost never 'gets' cancer, diabetes, heart disease?
  • That one pound of kale contains more protein than the daily allowance recommended by the USDA?
  • That nearly every imaginable malady responds amazingly well to great nutrition?
  • And that's just to whet your appetite.

That's the point really… sharing info. What's here is frequently updated but only loosely organized.

It's a work in progress, and I'm constantly finding out new 'stuff'.

If there's something specific you're looking for, use 'search' above (just under the big photo).

If you just know you could be getting better as well, not just older… dig around and see what fits your life and your outlook.

And by all means, please be in touch. I'd genuinely love to hear from you! (And/or be a Facebook fan, follow me on Twitter—links to both rather top right on most any page.)

    Ready? Let's dive in.»
